The National Average Diesel Fuel Prices Increases Again - February 16, 2011
This week's national average price of diesel fuel increased as did the prices in all regions as well. The current national average for a gallon of diesel is $3.534, an increase of 0.021¢ from last week. By comparison, the price for a gallon of gasoline is $3.140 per gallon, a decrease 0.008¢.

Bloomberg Energy reports that as of Monday, February 14, the spot price for a barrel of West Texas Intermediate oil is $85.53 which is $3.88 lower than last week's  price.
